AcuSport Corporation ("AcuSport") appreciates the privacy concerns raised when you access a web site. Therefore, AcuSport has created this Privacy Statement.

1. Collection of Information; Use. AcuSport is the sole owner of the information collected on the AcuSport web site (the "Site"). AcuSport will not sell, share or rent this information to any third parties in any way other than as disclosed in this Privacy Statement.

2. Cookies. A cookie is a small data file written to a user's hard drive by a web site. The file contains certain information about the user. However, a cookie does not enable a web site to actually determine the identity of any particular user. A cookie cannot read data from your hard drive or cookie files written by any other web site. AcuSport does not use cookies.

3. Log Files. AcuSport collects the IP address and HTTP header of each user that accesses the Site. The information that is collected includes page hits, page views, user sessions, browsers used, referring sites and search engines used. This information is gathered for the purpose of allowing AcuSport to maintain the site, analyze trends and gather broad demographic information about all users. IP addresses and HTTP header's are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

4. Sharing. The information gathered in our log files is used solely by AcuSport and not disclosed to any third parties.

5. Security. AcuSport recognizes the sensitive nature or our users' personal information. The Site utilizes various security measures to protect your personal information, including, (a) limiting access to certain databases to authorized and licensed dealers, (b) maintenance of databases on secured and segregated servers, (c) use of SSL encryption when placing orders, and (d) redundancy of servers.

6. Opportunity to Opt-Out. Users of the Site have the opportunity to elect to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to operation of the Site. This election may be made at the time that we ask a user for information. If you decide that you would like to have your information removed from our database so that future promotional materials are not directed to you, you may do so by sending an e-mail to webmaster@acusport.com having as the subject "unsubscribe."

7. Links. This Site contains links to other web sites. AcuSport has not reviewed the privacy policies of the web sites linked to this Site and is not responsible for the privacy policies, use of personal information or content of such linked web sites.

8. Notice of Changes. AcuSport may, from time to time, change this Privacy Statement. When such changes are made, they will be posted on the Site. If AcuSport decides to change the use of personally identifiable information from that which is stated in this Privacy Statement, AcuSport will notify users of the Site by e-mail and provide such users with a choice as to whether they want their personal information used in such a manner.

9. Correction/Updating Personal Information. If your user information changes in any way, you can send an e-mail to webmaster@acusport.com and AcuSport will make an effort to make the changes necessary to correct or update your information.
