Please read the following carefully before accessing or using the AcuSport Corporation ("AcuSport") website, www.acusport.com (the "Site"). By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below without limitation or qualification (the "Agreement"). 1. Ownership. The Site is owned, operated and maintained by AcuSport. The Site is for information purposes only.

2. Governing Law. AcuSport developed and controls this Site in the United States of America. AcuSport makes no representation that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio in the United States of America, excluding only its conflict of laws provisions.
